So I have been reading about Africans liking waters with a range around 8.4PH
My tap water comes out the tap at 8.4PH and settles to 7.6PH.
So I thought it would be a good idea to start a African Cichlid tank.
Idea being I use coral to buffer the water to remain 8.4PH and then I can treat tap water for changes.
I have kept fish before this would be my first attempt at keeping the PH levels up but I am not too worried about it.
The other small problem is the tank spare I have for this is only 22Gs and I am told that Africans generally are bigger then South Americans (which I currently keep).
