Do I need to turn off the lights?

Howdy,

Leaving the lights on a tank on 24/7 is a problem. The KGB used the human equivalent for interrogations. Do your fish a favor and get a cheapo timer from Home Depot.

Thanks for tha suggestion, I bought and installed a home depot one last night and its working fine. A timer at petsmart would have cost me 30-40 bucks, the home depot one cost me about 10 bucks. Now Walmart is carrying some for 5 bucks, I guess for the christmas trees...Either way its alot cheaper than from a fish store.
