If you were to change your water every week would the fish grow faster than in a tank with no water changes?
is their a way to grow out your fish a little bit faster?

Typically yes as nitrates slow down the growth rate of fish. I tend to get lazy with my BW tank and do a water change every 2 weeks but here lately I've been doing them every week. The diet of the fish will also determine how fast it grows.

IMO, the best way to get fish to grow quickly is through a good diet.
Give'em plenty of frozen food and other high protein stuff and they will grow. Live Tubifex worms rock but you need to be careful as they can sour a tank fast if left in the water too long. Pick up a Tubifex worm feeder and leave them in the tank for 15-20 minutes at a time. Rinse the portion and store in the lettuce crisper (Refridge) in a very shallow pan with wet papertowels. Rinse before putting back in the tank. Always use cold water when rinsing. Of course, frozen worms work too.

Hey, good diet and good tank conditions and enough space will be the way to get your fish to grow fastest.

:iagree: good water, nice sized tank, and good food and the fish will grow.

More water changes = good water
