feedback can be selfmade through "fake "accounts and aquabid is the best example when it comes to that. As far as MFK goes I look at the actual names of members that left feedback for the seller and unless I heard of them I'm not interested in buying from that person.....that's not bullet proof either but I see it as a kind of "extra insurance " if you will.

I have been "had" 3 times via internet sales... All 3 I used paypal and all 3 I have gotten my money back... I even bought a Fake LV purse for my wife for 800 bux and recieved the item. Knew it was fake and all I had to do was send the item to them and I instantly got my money back... PayPal is THE BEST... They auto insure u up to like 1000 dollars.

I was not so lucky in the past Bean, I thought I just lost that 300, which could've gone towards a nice FH :naughty:

Someone scammed me too. Open up a dispute then call paypal in a week or so with your case number and you will get your money back. i did

You mustve missed post #17

This is why I only do transaction cash in hand, face to face. I got screwed by a member who is still active here 'BlackSnow', he was supposed to ship me two delhezi and a koralia, and all I got was the koralia, and he never returned my pm's to refund the money for the fish.

Beware, scammers are protected under paypal if they include a shipping confirmation number.

Paypal covers 'if' an item is shipped, not 'what' is shipped.

This part is true until the post office or whatever shipping method is used validates that the number was printed but never used.
if it was delivered they would have a scan to prove that the driver dropped it off.

good point...but what if it was an empty box?

This is noted. It seems we do have a problem here. I'll discuss this with the staff.
