Do plecos eat snails?

If you try it and they don't start eating the snails on their own, don't feed anything in the tank for a day or two (depending on tank stocking) and then crush a couple of snails so they will find them as food. If they eat them...good ...if not, they're not going to so move on to another tactic.

i think the best method to go with is davo. because i forgot to add that the snails are infested in my sump... there is a grip load in there... and i never knew that snails eat veggies well thats for all the help guys.
