well i have a pleco and am getting a endlicheri tommorow should i get him out or not worry about i do have a flagtail the eats algea all the time
my 4 baby bichirs is in the 75 gallon with 2 vampire plecos and a fei feng.

I would try and get one the same size as your endlicheri. I've kept Bichirs with a Pleco of the same size for a while now and they get along perfectly fine.
As mentioned before, the Pleco may try and suck on the Bichir's slime coat and it has happened in my experience but it's mostly a curious or accidently thing when feeding. I've never seen ANY aggression between the two fish and I doubt you'll have any problems either, just again try to match them in size.

Even kept full, if they develope a taste for another fish's slimecoat they might get

I've kept my little Bristlenose with my Senegal for as long as I've had my Senegal, and the Plec is now about 6" and the Senegal is about 10", and the Plec typically stays away from the bichir
both the pleco and the flagtail have the potential to seriously hurt the bichir (or kill if you don't catch it early enough). and its not just these two types of fish, other algae eaters, and some synodontis catfish can do harm too. thats why its best to just keep them separate.
