I apologize for all the newb quesions but I was just wondering if rays will beg for food similar to that of other fish? Normally most cichlids will come to the top of the tank and wiggle about do rays ever exhibit such behaviour? Thanks, Chris

Oh most definitely, should see the pile of rays at the front of my tank when I walk up to it and they are hungry. Have them stacked 2 and 3 on top of each other begging for food.
Hahah yeah they pile up when i approach the pond in the morning. I hit the lights at the top of the stairs and by the time i get to the pond they are slapping the surface at the spot

Yes they do! I've only had my columbian flowers for 2.5 weeks. My big female is always crusing the tank. When ever I come in the room she comes right in front of the tank nearest where I'm standing or sitting?
