Do rays have teeth?

i got a ray tooth fossil somewhere, but prob not as impressive or as many as oddball. but to answer your question, yes

if they bite you will it hurt you? Or does it feel like the teeth of a bass or something?

when they are small it just feels like gums. It tickles. When they get 24" then the it feels like a cat licking you with two tongues.
