Hey bro!
They look normal but better pics will help a lot. Babies ARE very light, with vertical bars, (for those who have never raised jag fry) so... offhand, with those pics, they look normal. BUT you did say that daddy CHANGED gold suddenly, right?

fry definelty have a lighter shade in general, but the ones i've rasied, i believe have had a tade darker bars.

thanks people:headbang2

i will try abd get some better pics and post sometime tonight;)

yeah the dad was a dark looking jag till he was like around the 6inch mark then started turning lighter then gold

L@@K out 4 them pics, but like i say my camera is having a hard time getting ANY good pics of them at all!

scrap the "more pics" thing unless you want more as bad as the others in this thread!!!!

4 some reasion i cant take pics of this tank, they all come out looking crappy, i'll post more pics of them when they are bogger and can get a pic

unless you want more shoking pics like in post #1:ROFL:

The babys might cary the golden gene, but not show it. They might have to be spwned back to eachother to produce more golden jags. Or they might just turn gold later in life, like your big boy did. Who knows? Should be interesting though, time to open up the genetics book and make a Punnet square.

the lady that had him befor me said that he changed when he was about 6inches, never said if it was quick or not!

Let me put on my glasses so I can see better...wait...I'm already wearing them!
