do they ever invade your dreams?

Last night I had a dream I went to work at my LFS and there was a new horrible plastic filter on one of the tanks. The owner's son had set it up the night before, it had broken, and the (incredibly weird and obscure) fish in the tank were dying. I could sense all sorts of emotional energy from the fish and they didn't care about dying, they were just pissed off about the cheap filter. There's more, but it's really complicated and difficult to put the ideas into words.
I have dreams about fish all the time and they are almost never normal.

I also dream of seting up my perfect tank and when i go to sleep that tank leaking all night and i wake up to dead fish
YES! I had an awesome dream over the weekend that an aquarium/fish store opened near my house (where there are no LFS's) and it had huge tanks of exotic fish that I had never scene before, so pretty and they were so cheap. The tanks they had were like going to a public aquarium. When I woke up I was actually dissapointed.
Before that a few months ago I had another awesome dream that me and my other half went to some tropical Island, and on the boardwalk there was an aquarium store that had awesome aquarium fish but you could buy them but you could not take them on the plane (some were exotic and illegal), I ended up breaking up with my GF over it, and smuggling them back in a lunchbox cooler (somehow snakeheads, Elephant Noses, Wolf cichlids, asian arowana, and a bunch of other "imaginary" fish fit into it and made it back safe.
I've also had several fishing dreams where I have caught extremely rare and new fish and put them in aquariums.

In my dream my Husband and I were on a first date and he invited me back to his house. He was giving me a tour and showed me his fish room. At this I started crying saying "This is a dream! You hate fish tanks!"
Soon after I woke up. It was funny that nothing else in the dream tipped me off it was dream (stack of logs instead of steps, the fact I knew everything about this person even though it was a first date, ect).
