do they have personality?

Some of them got feeling for the owner and some do not ^^ .
My Channa Marulioides came up to the surface everytime he saw me ^^ ...Becouse of food
 
I've got a marulioides and he's very "playfull", especially now that he's learned where the food gets dropped into his tank. He also follows anyone that walks past.
 
snakeheads and dats are the most social fish I know of.. my marulioides will be petted and handfed, my late micro was the same..
 
My micro(8") watches me when i clean his tank. Not my hand, he looks at my face. IT's weird. :P
 
My lil red guy is really affectionate to me, though I thought he just wanted food. But when I went on a trip & left my sis to do the feeding, he refused to eat from her the whole time. Also I & my dad think he hates my dad, Sh acts all "hissy" I guess is the word when he's in the room. (hand feed)


Another fish I have thats affective is my sengal Bichir, still a cool species though alot smaller. He swims to the surface & plays around to get my attention when I come by & has allowed my fingers to pet him. (don't hand feed)
 
i have 2 16"+ micro and i live in vancouver too
they got their own personality
one is meaner, smarter, but not as active
the other one is dumber lol..love to follow my fingers..but less harmful and a lot more active..lol come take a look if you want
