The pics are rather blurry. Does the wound have cottony patches? If so, that's a sign of fungus. Try Guppy's suggestion for open wounds.

i would do a mela/pimafix combo

you need to use both to get the healing properties

always follow the directions on the bottle

pick a medication and stick with it. constantly switching medications and using multiple combinations is going to stress the fish out, and make healing more difficult.

The fungus does not seem to be improving. I have her in a 26 gallon bowfront by herself. I used Jungle Fungus Tablets, salt, and melafix. It seems to be getting worse.

Are you doing regular water changes? What are your readings like?

This is not a true fungus but instead it is a bacterial infection, You will need a good antibiotic such as Binox or a combo of Maracin and Maracin 2., Hydrogen peroxide swab will also help.
