I always wear mine. I always have so I guess I am just used to and prefer it on. When I was younger I used to tuck the top part behind me but kept the bottom part over me. I did that because the top part used to sit on my neck and I hate things around my neck - it makes me feel like I am chocking. I don't have that issue now though. However I did disable my airbags....
