seriously it does smell of poo and i seldom pick it.in fear i may vomit.
can i use household disinfectant to clean mine? say, with a bud of cotton wool?

i will prescribe u cotton swabs and lots of soap.

Use as Directed:

remove swab from packaging. commence use of water on swab, then apply soap. tilt head back and cough three times; during this time vigorously swab inside of belly button in a circular clock-wise motion. rinse and repeat.
