I stare at my fish enough to be able to tell each one apart... Obviously for sake of convenience I'll refer to them in conversations as things like "the brick" or "the purple thing" or by species/common names but some of the PG ones currently I have:

Male big HRP - Nikolai
Slightly smaller male HRP - Uriel jr
Biggest female HRP - Zephyr
Dottyback - Ultraviolet
Green terror - Regent
