Do you keep your TV on when you fall asleep?

I always have to have it on when I go to sleep at night. IDC what's on, as long as it's somewhat entertaining when I'm trying to fall asleep and the volume isn't past 10(If louder, I can't hear the alarms).

Our family has ALWAYS done this, even when I was a little one. I can honestly say that at my parents house that the living room tv hasn't been turned off in 6 months. Even when everyone is at work my dad has it on for the "cats and dogs" as he tells us. Just the way we do things I guess, lol.

Sports Center or west coast sports....

I set a timer or turn it off before I fall asleep. I hate waking up at 3 in the morning debating if I need a slap nut chopper, food dehydrator, or if my 1985 jean jacket needs to be bedazzled.....
