Omega is great stuff. All the food you mentioned are great. That's what I feed my fish.

Omegaone is the best IMO. 99.9% of my food stock is Omegaone.

I started using Omega One from the beginning. I feed my Mbunas the small sinking, medium floating, algea wafers, and the blood worms... my tropical fish love the flakes.

It really does improve color in the fish... the neighbors started using O1 after they picked their jaws up off the floor....

its ok i use an asortment of feed and havent had any bad experiences
unless my employees over feed....in wich case that would be human error

My fish would not touch it but I prefer NLS. I guess if I really tried they would eat it. I just prefer NLS but read the ingredients nothing wrong with O1.

i have fed my o omega1 since i got him along with dianichi color supreme and i am not very impressed. his colors arent great at all. maybe its just genetics but i was hoping to at least get some bright orange out of it.
my water is perfect and he is not stressed or anythin. just my opinion. they do seem to love the food tho. my jag wont eat anythin but the o1 flakes
