Do you name your fish?

I name most of my fish, or at least my g/f helps me name a lot of them... my Fahaka for example is called "Tiny"

my girlfriend names my tilapia meeko after the skunk in pocahantas, my daughter names my GT toodles after the mickey show, and i named my RTCxTSN kirby since it seemed fitting

yeah not the newest of an idea for a thread but another great opportunity to ask why anyone would name something that doesnt come to it?

I don't name fish. If I do they die. I had two healthy koi that my ex gf named. I cant remember the names but they were in a 300 gallon with about 10 other koi. A week later, both those were dead with no sign of why they died. Everybody else was alive. We broke up a week after that. It just wasn't meant to be. I miss my koi more than her.

I names my Ecat Homer. He justs sits around and drinks way too much beer. I also named one of my CLs Sir Swims Alot.

dovii : cassius clay (floats lika.......)
flowerhorn pair : alcatraz and attica (cause they have jailhouse tear drop tattoos)

plenty of other fish but these are the only ones named so far
