Do you name your fish?

If you're not a girl and Your wife or kid didn't name your fish then you prob should come out of the closet

My wife names my fish, she then refers to them by name and I have no idea what she's talking about.
hahaha....Same here. BF has no clue who I'm talking about. He prety much just shuts down and mocks my obsessions with my fish. lol

I usually name mine something, not always nice names.
Jag Hybrid- Jag, my husband named him for me, I should have called him Destroyer. RIP, died last week.
Red Bay Snook- Predator, for the way it ate the feeder fish at the LFS.
Several Oscars- Red, Osc, Tiger, Jaws
Jack Dempsey- Jack
EBJD- Blue
Jaguar- Attitude
Betta- Sapphire
Many others over the years, have forgotten most of them.
Not very original names, but I cared about all of them, especially Jag, and Sapphire. I can only keep a betta in the office, but I wanted to have a fish everywhere I can. Can't sneak in a 55 or 75 in an office the size I work in.

Currently I have 3 endlicheris - Largest I call Kong, next to Kong is Slab, and the runt is called Blunt. My PK Flowerhorn I call Conan, my biggest gold severum I call Mint, and my L191 I call Gremlin. I have others but too many names to type out LOL!
My kids name most of my fish and I help out from time to time.
This is why I have a beast Trimac named "obi wan kenobi" and a Cuban named "hulk", a Red Devil named "Petey the Piranha"(from Super Mario) lol, as those were names picked by my 6yr old. Lol
