the space is limited. ive been in the store countless times. the fish come strait from the show floor. u had bad experience. fine. but the fact is they have a great stock and great fish. i do mean great!!! customer service in the store is hard sometimes but they have a great way of dealing with it.
comes right down to it, a great store with great stock and customer service. Im not getting into this again.
Weres the peoples like me who have had great experience with this company??? I know theres alot of us out there.

heh, my dept is in Anne Arundel county, around(literaly) annapolis MD. I work in MD but live in PA. Cheaper to live in PA. Im excited to start a SW. just not sure were to start with it all. not sure what all i need. Reading up. what the heck is RO water BTW
yeah..... i know that little about starting one LOL

One thing I wish I would invested in way back when, when i started saltwater fish tanks was a good RO/DI Unit to make purified water. They will take away alot of the headache of water. And, get a good refractometer more reliable and trusting they a hydrometer, etc...

Great store with great stock!! LOL!! Good one! That is why when I got my Dovii they were nearly dead when I got them. I guess being unlucky is ordering 6 times and not getting a reponse plus not getting your fish and still getting charged on your Credit card!!
 
I can still remember the cute little jingle as I waited on hold for 1/2 an hour.

RO = reverse osmosis
water is forced through a very fine membrane so only water remains after it's filtered
 
i have ordered alot and never had a prob. DEAL WITH IT!!!
