I had to order my fahaka puffer from fishinabowl from here cause non of my LFS's could get one. I was really hesitant cause I couldnt see it before buying it, but it turned out ok.

I usually buy from Aquabid or breeders on forums. I don't like the chain stores and my LFS sometimes doesn't carry what I want.

I order online often without too many issues.
But my personal rule is no orders in the winter or during extremely hot weather in the summer those are the only times i ever received dead or dieing livestock and even then the vendors will work with you as long as you follow their rules
