the next earliest "code" i recall memorizing is mortal kombats finishing moves. hold block up up and forward down forward left punch. Those 2 were my favorite characters to play with

ACTUALLY
SUPER Contra ;)

Atari : Pingpong Ninetendo64 : ZELDA GameBoy : Hamtaro GameBoyColor : Red,Blue,ect. PS2 : Darkest Fairy, Kingdom Hearts I, Sims, etc.:D

Asteroids on atari was so easy. Me and my mother mastered it. We once played it for 24 hours. When one of us would get tired, we would let ourselves get killed. Of course we would have to holler at the other person(who was most likely in another room).

this thread inspired me to google 100 best NES games, these games brought back long lost memories and a brought a smile to my face.

Probably Super Mario Bros. 1 at my babysitters' house. I remember the smell of that place.

For 100 lives, bounce on the turtle shell on the stairs in a certain world and you will max out the score multiplier and earn 1up every time you bounce. Or just pick any level that gives you three extra lives, get the lives, and commit suicide. Then you redo it, always gaining lives and dying after you've gotten the lives. They add up fast enough, but the shell bounce is better for efficiency.

Mario 3 is still my personal favorite and I still play it often. Always reminds me of my friends, wherever they are.

i still play mario 3 on the wii. good stuff. i'll just grab the whistles and complete the game in like an hour though. Big world is my favorite
