I sense a gang war in tha midst.......I'd ditch the non cichlid fish, dogg...they gonna die sooner or later anyway...just use that extra cash at the club, dogg...Id say get 1 oscar and 1 more acara and that firemouth may not able to to step to the others..he might get it also..they dont grow very big and are usually pretty weak....I'd throw a single con in there before i put in a firemouth...

Fire Mouth can hold their own actually as long as they are at least half the size of the fish. Mine was always starting crap with my black belt, red terror female, RD, and pike cichlid....thought he owned the tank...lol

ok, I will leave out the Bala's & Red terror

How does this sound!
2 Oscars, Dempsey, Green Terror, Severum,
Firemouth, Blue Acara, Pleco, & 3-4 Silver Dollars.

I would like to start them out as juveniles &
let them grow up together. Wouldn't they get along better that way,
as they got older?

How long should I wait to put in Oscars? month or two?

i'd forget about the Festae in that set up but its just my opinion. You could try it like anything else and if it doesn't work you can always alter the tank later.
