Do you subscribe to any hobby related mags? Which ones...?

Just checkin to see what people are reading in regards to periodicals and ya know the paper stuff. If so, what are the frequencies of the mags..ie. monthly, quarterly.

I get Tropical Fish Hobbyist on a monthly basis.

I'm going to subscribe to Tropical Fish Hobbyist the next time they have a sale. I just think that with all the free articles and advice online that it's not worth paying about $25 a year for a magazine.

I used to years ago but they very rarely had articles on fish that interested me.

yeah... i buy them if they have something that, interests me.. paying newsstand price vs sub price i still spend less justing buying mags that have articles that interest me. imo they are more geared towards newer keepers or small fish

Aquarium Fish Inernational until they stopped publishing the magazine due to the cost. October issue was their last.

This is actually what I like about tfh. I can research species I'm interested in all day long on the net but once a month I enjoy reading about species that I'm not interested in keeping.

I went to the website of TFH. You can pretty much read the entire mag online. Krich.....Giant Aquarium still open?
