My GSP just buzzes back and forth when I am in the room but when I don't move for 5 minutes or pretend to leave he go and sits on top of the powerhead. I wish I had something for him to play with.
I always wondered if those fish in tanks with bare bottom and no decore get bored. I don't think my fish get bored. They have too much to do.
Fish:" Wow it's a great morning time for some food!"
"Now I'll swim around this rock and look pretty. Ug here comes that neighbor I hate. GET OUT OF HERE!"
"Oh here's come that cute girl fish" -shows off, looks pretty-
"OMG there's that guy again!! GO AWAY!" -chases him around the tank-
"Now it's time to eat some algae!"
I made this thread before, and you spelled "discuss" wrong. wned:
Anywho, yeah, possibly. My Bolivian Ram was being kicked around in my 30g pretty good, so I had no choice but to put him in my 5g with a Betta and a rescued Cory. Since Cichlids are intelligent, I try to keep him occupied. He plays with my finger on the glass a lot, and seems to enjoy it.
Actually, I think he spelled 'Discus' correctly, when he meant to spell 'discuss' properly.
My Oscar seems to waver between bored and ready to smash everything. I really can't tell if adding objects to the tank has stimulated him or started the countdown to destruction.
