That could be it lol...gotta admit I wasn't too thrilled when I recently learned that Dodge/Chrysler was owned by that company....but then I remembered that Daimler Mercedes had a similar deal some years ago.
Ummm.... Unfortunately not a mopar. More like a 2000 malibu. Times were tuff and needed to have a car to get to and from work. Waiting for my friend to get rid of his 01 ram 2500. Diesel is the way to go.
I had a Ford instructor tell me a story of the same thing happening to a guy in KC with his new Ford GT. He even went to the dealer and watched the PDI. He requested all the plastic be left on it as it was going to be put into storage once home. The guy couldn't resist the urge to hot dog it. Broke loose and never brought it back. Wrapped around a pole. Complete loss.
Curious why anyone would say diesel is the way to go?
