All though should be pulled out of the gravel.

You can try to mix Flourite Black Sand with the sand. Does the same thing as the other flourite stuff I posted. It's just in sand form. There are a several diffrent types of Aquarium substrate out there that work wonders

You can also try FLOURISH It’s a fertilizer for your plants. You’re going to want the Co2 one “Flourish Excel”

I'm a low tech plant man myself, so i know how bad you want to keep minimal but you do need do so some things,To keep plants, but when you see people with Co2 Systems and other things of that nature they are deep in to the Aquascaping aspect of fish keeping witch is High Tech

Also are the plants in the pictures the ones you got for free, If you got different ones I wouldnt mind seeing them also. I love pictures.

Thank you very much for the help i might get that Flourish and i'm thinking on ordering a bag of that link u send me, right now i'm getting some wood soaked and when i finish if u want me to i can send you pics to ur email or just email me to Juancamiloda@hotmail.com

Thanks for the help as for the moment then i will be getting the plants out of the gravel and floating i guess untill i change the gravel. thanks.

You should probably switch out the gravel completely if it's aragonite. That stuff will drive your water hardness way up.

mmm i just got back from petsmart bought new gravel is like like a florite and i bought a pottassium, iron liquid. pH in the tank is 6.5 the argonite is mixed with small size rocks so thats probably why pH didn't went up. will post pics when i finish.

the moss should be fine in any tank and the ferns can be attached to driftwood, so really you dont need any substrate at all. i have a 20 gallon planted and ive never used co2 although i would if i could afford it right now

Personally I would pull all of those plants and let them float for a week or two until they get some good shoots off of them and then try replanting them.

One of your plants not identified yet is dwarf sagittaria subtulata. It looks kinda like a grass plant. Pic. 14 & 11

Pic. 5 & 10 is asian ambulia aka. Limnophila Sessiflora

Last pic is Duckweed. Lemna minor
