Because herpetoculture has advanced. I don't mean the worthless Zoo Med products and all that, I mean the knowledge of how to keep and breed them. In the 60's, I'm sure it would take a hell of a lot to get a CB eastern. Now you can get them 50 bucks a pop and eating mice to boot. It's not really that difficult, CB makes all the difference. Now, if this was a WC eastern or even a western, good luck to ya.
