I am not sure I like Omega 1 too, I use both, but my too many of my pellets hit the ground when I feed and I have to do it so slow that I can not feed before work like I would like... so they eat after work and again before bed... omega 1 I can feed before easier... and I have not seen a color difference with nls yet...
