i just started feeding my juvi fh meal worms that are eating monster kok and omega one the fh loves it !! so i give it two thumbs up =D

I like to feed a variety of foods. I just bought a 5 tray worm bin. I want to start raising my own Red wigglers. I feed Superworms to my fish and have already started a few trays reproducing them myself.
