Does anyone get their food from KensFish.com?

I'm still waiting on my order that I placed on the 12th. I requested a tracking number a few days ago. When I tracked it it showed that it had already been delivered. Only problem is that it was delivered to Buffalo New York, I live in Charleston West Virginia. I replied to the e-mail asking for another tracking number but I haven't received a reply yet. Also called them this morning, still waiting for them to return my call.

I'm sure it is just an oversight but I am looking forward to receiving the food.

I have been trying to reach Ken for a week with no response to pick up an order
I think he may be away he is usually very quick to respond

Agree I ordered the other day, even a bunch of stuff that wasn't food and had a tracking number with in hours.
 
Ken just called me. He explained the problem, he had a problem with the UPS software. He has another customer with the same name as me in Buffalo, NY. For some reason the software wouldn't allow him to change the address so he had to delete that customer out of the system and enter my information. He is shipping my order out today.

The other customer with my name called Ken's and told him that he received an order that wasn't his. He opened it up and found my information inside.

Anyway, mistakes happen and he is taking care of it so all is good.

There was one time he didnt get back to me about a pickup order.He did have the complete order when I saw him at the show though.If your on yahoo mail check your spam folder.Yahoo often decides my order confirmations from a few vendors including ken are spam.
