Does anyone has a treatment for this?

What size filter is this? The filter if large enough with enough biomedia should handle the little bit of ammonia from your well in a few hours. I agree your filter is probably not big enough and/or you are cleaning it to much and killing bacteria that you obviously need. Seems you dont want to listen though as you have answers for all of it. I hope you pay attention and are looking for help.....really.

Well sorry if I didn’t pay attention, but either way I was already in the process of getting a bigger filter and the main question I asked for was a treatment to cure them and be able to put them in my 7000 gallon pond that’s all

Well the pics we got dont help. But the questions we asked and answers we were given could be whats wrong. They could have issues from ammonia or nitrite, could be ammonia burn, nitrite poisioning. Not sure but we were trying to help and that's where it starts the basics. Your half hearted answers to the basic questions leaves us with little to go by and then people cant help. The pics you supplied dont show us the problem. The answers of ammonia showing on a test tell us there is a problem in the very basics of fish keeping. Get a pic of the issue you are describing it will be the first step in helping us help you. Secondly if you tell us you have a 1000g pond and you have a canister filter that's not enough info is the canister rated for a 50g tank? We dont know. In most cases we dont know what you know so we have to assume the worst, especially when you say you are keeping fish in water with measurable amounts of ammonia. Help us help you.

No the canister is rated for 2400g
And it’s normally used on koi ponds
And the parasite isn’t visible in pic I might have to put it in the microscope to see if I can capture it in pictures

Ok good info. I would say if we cant get a pic of it and you are sure its a parasite a general cure type of thing. Maybe try paraguard.
