He's a mutt, half golden retriever, quarter aussie, quarter blue heeler/cattle dog.

Just got him back from the vets, with the contents of his intestine. Pieces of a plastic flower pot, black drain pipe, some blue plastic he got I don't know where and some rope. I'd be interested to hear more about this disorder Red Devil.

How the hell are we supposed to keep a 7 month old puppy from running or jumping for two weeks!??

the vet should have gave you a mild sedative to give to him.. ask him if it is okay to use benadryl to keep him calmer.. he is awesome dog... cutie.. i will find out tommorrow for you...

Hell I asked my local insurance agent about just insuring my tanks and they laughed at me. and said call the manufacturer and ask for an extended warrenty.

I just don't get how people can insure stupid things like there legs (even if it's a models lively hood) but I can't (at least through my agent) insure a couple grand in glass.

All insurance plans are a losing deal in the long run. Insurance companies make money - lots of money. Their profit is your loss. If you do manage to get more back than you've put in (big claim right after getting the policy) they will raise your rates or drop you.

To me insurance ranks right up there with "Do you want the extended warranty with that?" :nilly:
