some pics of mine he is around the 8" mark. a voratious eater but gets along with everyone in the tank. on the brackish water i think it would be optimal water conditions but not necessary per say. i salt but not to brackish standards
Does anyone here deal with black fin sharks (catfish)

When I first started keeping fish I had three of them in a 125 gallon they max at anywhere from 10-14 inches and are a Brackish Fish-though I never added salt-I gave my away at 1 foot long because they would always swim to the top of the tank and rub my hand with their whiskers - a very active fish-I also had them with Balas, T-Barbs, Gold or Tri-Color Sharks, SD, Pictus Cats, Rainbow Sharks, and Red Tail Cuda. A very attractive and active schooling fish.
