Its forwarding you to the retail area. It advertises wholesale price for individuals with special business license/permit and an account with them will get the wholesale price. They advertise lowest price to get anyones' attention, but with the stipulation that there are requirements in getting the advertised price.

Most likely, but chances are, you won't get anywhere near the wholesale price. If the lfs buys only one or two, they will be paying a higher price because, prices drop base on quantities they order.
