ya big al's in my area uses one of those but they only seal the secondary bag that the bagged fish goes into... doesnt make sense to me, do they think I am gonna some how steal a fish?

At the big al's by my place (which I no longer buy livestock from.....) one of the workers told me that some people have actually reached into tanks and put fish in their pocket....... You'd be surprised at some people's stupidity.
