At that size, lab fry will start taking on the general shape of the parents. Definitely look guppyish from the pic.

I thought guppies right off when I saw them. That might be because Ive seen those little buggers hundreds if not thousands of times .

Thousands upon thousands of fish looks like that from above when newborn. African cichla fry typically look like a nano replica of the parents when they emerge.

I think the guppy fry look different from many others from above personally. It might depend on how good your eyes are . Con fry, platy fry, guppy fry, barb fry, all look different to me .

It was a guppy for sure. I have guppies in my turtle tank and i get 100 fry every week.
