Wow. The water is pouring over the edges and that is serving as the sump. I wonder how they prevent fish from slipping out.

I believe he means the salt solidifying on the top and sides, much like on cave walls. Tho, i could be 100% wrong.


Also, i wonder what the evaporation is like... Plus, I hope you don't have kids...even the best behaved kids can get dumb around water
