ok good luck

i thank you for ur 2 cents but ive searched through many threads on here and read some research papers online and from what most wolf fish keepers say that it can be done but also depends on the wolf too.

if the knife is 7 inches I can see it eating some of the fish for you.

I am always amazed at the size of fish that many predators are able to get in their bellies.

More than a few times I have watched as a fish swam about with the tail sticking out of its mouth as it digested the fish and gradually down it went.

If the video's you're talking about are from Youtube, I would ignore them. They're only recording for a few minutes and truly don't tell the whole story.

My best advice would be to listen and learn from fishkeepers who have tried similar stockings. If they worked, great. That tells you your stocking list will more than likely work out. If they didn't, at least you'll be aware that a backup plan is probably necessary. It'll keep you from spending your hard-earned money on fish and having them die early due to stress or a battle.

Most of us know (you included) that cichlids will surprise us at every opportunity. Sometimes in a good way, other times, in ways that make us wonder why we want to keep such tenacious fish:nilly:. Let's face it-that's part of the fun, isn't it?;)
