i don't know why but i'm more ok with it when my wife farts than when she burps.

a girl belching out loud has always been a turn off to me

btw, this thread reminded me that i sharted for the first time in a long time a few weeks ago. luckily i was safe at home in my pj's at the time of the incident

I think farting is the oldest sense of humor. I can imagine cavemen farting back in the day and laughing. I think they remind you that things dont have to be so serious and everyone has a kid in them that wants to laugh and hear someone fart.

Nothing like crop dusting people in line at a store or anywhere there is a crowd. I get a great pleasure in doing this because you can sit back and watch people look around with that "it wasnt me face".

Ok, this thread is making me laugh and I'm a girl. I try not to in public or around family out of courtesy but there is the occasional slip up. There was one time I remember I was in an elevator by myself and I had an oops definitely of the deadly type, when I got off the elevator a guy was getting on. The look on his face was priceless - I just smiled and died with laughter when the doors shut.

I'll never forget Halloween a few years ago. I answered our door and two late teen boys were trick or treating. these guys were obviously a little old for the fun, but wanted candy anyway. As they turned and started walking away after getting candy, one of them let out the loudest fart I have ever heard.

the one guy turned and looked at the guy that farted and they both died laughing. I was just closing the door when this was going on.

needless to say, I died laughing too inside my house.

one of those funny things that you always remember especially when trick or treaters are coming around
