does it work if so would it work on a big oscar with body slime and cloudy eyes thanks

Not sure what life guard is but cloudy eyes usually means a serious bacterial infection that requires antibiotics, like, yesterday.

If body slime is columnaris then that would explain the cloudy eyes.

my oscar and pleco were in the same tank and yestetday my pleco died he had cloudy eyes and he hit the side of the aqarium so he had a flattened nose well my oscar has a small thing on his eye that looks like a white peace of splatteted paint

It seems you have a lot of problems with your fish. Best thing to do is change water. Do large water changes and often. Don't overfeed your fish. Most medications work, but they are not a cure all for poor fish keeping practices.

i clean my oscar tank forty percent a week he has collamarus i did some reserch and found out that thr little moving things on the glass are colamarus i never thought much of them are thereany cures help please it is not too bad yet

Little moving things on the glass are not columnaris. Coulumnaris is a bacterial infection usually brought on by poor water quality.

what happened to you doing the whole spell checking and reading your words before you post? Most of your posts come off as gibberish. I'm not sure if you mean columnaris or camallanus but it sounds like most of your fish are dying or dead. You may want to nuke everything and start over and then follow a proper QT procedure. If it has columnaris use kanamyacin mixed with furan-2 or oxytetracycline. If it is camallanus use levamisole, trichlorfon (de los powder) or clout.

Idk what lifeguard u are talking about, I only know of the filter systems lifegard. Is that what you are asking about?

Man I'm not trying to be rude, but you you please stop posting with 1 huge run-on sentence. It makes my brain hurt reading them. I don't have a problem giving advise but please make your content easier to read.

Now if you are currently doing 40% wc a week (which I find hard to believe based on all the problems as of late) then bump it up to 40%x2 a week. But please buy a test kit. And right after you do please test your water and post the levels!
