Man I'm not trying to be rude, but you you please stop posting with 1 huge run-on sentence. It makes my brain hurt reading them. I don't have a problem giving advise but please make your content easier to read.

Now if you are currently doing 40% wc a week (which I find hard to believe based on all the problems as of late) then bump it up to 40%x2 a week. But please buy a test kit. And right after you do please test your water and post the levels!

the reson i had have a sick fish and a dead fish is beacause they are in the same tank

01012012646.jpgHe moves along the bottom of the tank. I just got back from a 2 day trip this happened in 3-4 days. He got about 3 times worse in 2 days. i bought some Maracyn i added a dose about 10 minutes ago
Here are my water parameters
Temp = 80
Ammonia = 0
Nitrate = 20
Nitrite = 0
PH = 6 (water is very low PH here and he is used to it.)

I would do a big water change. Be sure to vacuum the gravel real well. Then treat with malachite green.

Good observation. But i researched collumnaris. I found out that the worm like moving things on the glass were columnardis. His eyes are covered with a white like material. Trust me it is columnardis.
