Does my Black arowana have a spine curvature?

I bought 3 Black arowanas and now one of them is showing signs of a hunch back. What can I do if the lfs won't take him back? Will it heal or will it grow out? I have had them for just over a month and this one didn't have this condition back then but now as you can see in the pics its deformed. Any suggestions?

my silver arow has a bent back and its not grown out after 4 month tho i think it was damaged during transport as the bag was maybe too small coming to think about it. its so anoying

Sorry but I respectfully disagree that its a "King":D

King aros usually have a "crown more towards the top of the forehead not in the middle of its back.
