now the overflows are the adjustable pipes in the "overflow"...right?

Your overflow's size ... separate drain pipes ... getting smaller pump ... or are u keeping it the way it is now ?!

dont feel bad.. im rebuilding my overflow at the moment too..

I'm keeping it the way it is. I'm getting around 1600gph the way it is now. I'll also adding a canister filter which will give more GPH and some powerheads. The pump is a little loud, but i relocated inside a cabinet.

I will be modifying the sump and using LR and sand instead of the bioballs.
