That's definately a nice Electric Blue Dempsey. I've never seen one that big. I've always heard that they were smaller and harder to keep. They're also too damn expensive for me.

Well mine is over 2-3 years old, and in the past 6-12 months I have noticed but a slight growth. He is now about 10".

10" is for a male and 8-9 for a female, 12" is possibel but depends on enviromental factor, food, water quality, temp etc
