Does spilling water during a water change pissed you off?

I overfill buckets all of the time. Yes it makes me mad at myself.

I use clamps too but they to can pop off and they have. Just regular quick release bar clamps those plastic ones are what I use

A couple days ago when I was doing a water change the hose I was using to siphon with fell out the window which just so happens to have a kennel (one of those big metal ones) pressed up against it. Had to get on my hands and knees to get the hose while dogs jumped on me. Not pleasant to get covered in mud and come back into the house to finish the tank. Had to mop up quite a bit of water but that always happens.. lol

I only have one tank over carpet now and yes it does annoy me when I spill as I have to move all kinds of crap to fry it to prevent molding. My larger tanks I have in my "man cave" which has a tile floor that slopes away from the tank (pita and a half to level the tank on, I'm not even sure if whoever installed it added the slope on purpose or not) but it's less of an issue there, a couple towels and I'm good.
