Does this stuff actually clean the glass, or just make a mess? I just use regular glass cleaner very carefully now, which is walking on eggshells. Crunchy.

I also just use amonia-free Windex. It's cheap and so far I haven't had any problems

I use windex, but I spray the paper towel away from the tank and wipe it down. No problems that way. Don't know about fish-safe stuff, but it sounds more expensive than my method. LOL

I seem to recall it is pretty expensive.

I just spray it right on the glass. I clean it at least 3 times a week. (I always seem to have to do something in the aquarium and it leaves streaks on the front) Doesn't seem to affect them any, but they are goldfish. They're damn near impossible to kill.

Adding my 2 cents here on acrylic cleaning. You know when you get a new car it looks beautiful? Well then its time to wax that paint and all of a sudden you notice the spider web effect on the paint. Well I have always used Kleenmaster Brillianize on my acrylic. I ran out and was having guests over so I used some windex on it and it looked great. Well for a month I used Windex about 2 to 3 times a week. Now what I have noticed is that spider web effect all over my front acrylic. Not on the sides, just on the front where I have used the windex. Hmm... coinsidence? I dunno but Im not using windex on acrylic anymore.

Yep. Does the fish-safe cleaner work on toilet bowls? I don't like to purchase a lot of cleaners, LOL.
