So this Carpintis has been sick for the past few days. Started off looking thicker than normal than the next day was ballooned out and eyes bulging.
I have not seen it poop and I do not see any white stringy poop around the tank.

Any advise or ideas would be helpful, thanks.

It looks like a severe case of bloat . I see you have a hospital tank . Put her in a hospital tank. Do you have a 5 gallon bucket ? Put some treated water in there and give her an Epsom salt bath .Do this once a day for 4 days . It will reduce her swelling. I would get some bacterial meds and dose the hospital tank and put her in asap !! Do not feed her for a few days until her swelling goes down. You can also post in disease and health issues. Don't forget to airate the tank very well.

1 tblsp per gallon . with an air stone for about 15-30 mins. Watch her stress level while she is in the bucket . If you notice any signs of her turning onto her side immediately remove her from the bucket and put her back in the hospital tank. Good luck !!

I just set my 40 gallon breeder back up and I am fixing to move her to the 40B shortly. I have to run into town (live out in the country lol) and pick up some more Epsom salt and antibiotics.

Once I get her moved to the 40B I will try to get some better pictures or video. From what I read earlier I was/am considering Dropsy but at this point willing to try any thing I can to keep from loosing her.

Even if it is dropsy. Still try the Epsom salt bath. It will reduce swelling which in return reduce the stress on the fish making it easier to breathe. The Epsom salt will also help it with bloating . Antibiotics will be good also.
