Does this look wc to you?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Wc - head is flatter, tapered, and eyes don't have the frog appearance to it.

Cb - head shape has a heart shape to it, no flat, and eyes are up and frog like.

That's how I look at it and remember it.

I'm switching to CB. pretty short upturned head w/ slight frog eyes

Cb.

Head shape isnt always an indicator of wc vs cb. Some wild caught have the exact opposit headshapes of some of the examples given. To me the headshape amd snout but more so the blotchy disorganized patterns say cb....nice one too.

No all wc endli will have the super flat head shape ie faranah will be much flatter than black volta.

Not all cb have frog eyes either...majority will but not all.

The head shape is different, check page one of my thread "WC vs CB senegals" for an example :)

You talking sens which will be completely different than endli regardless of wc vs cb

Fair points

How do you tell? Is there a different shape to their heads of something if they are WC?
Educate me!

The differences are small between endli imo soo small that its not a big deal lol

I gotcha bud just trying to say not all fish of the same species will be exactly the same genetics plays a role especially when dealing with cb some cb sens, endlis, dels and so on will differ from fish to fish depending on how much line breeding takes place
