$30 is an okay price for the fish. But if I were you, I would order better quality FH online.

to me the photo don't really show much. if i went into a LFS near me and saw it for 30. i'd be real tempted to buy it.

Bright red eyes, already getting color, a nice flowerline & pearls, already a hump on his forehead & only looks to be about 3" w/o tail.
I'm not a FH expert but someone explain to me why this fish isn't worth $30.
We're not talking $300, we're talking $30. There are literally no FH's at LFS's in my state, I'd pay $30 and call it a good day.

because it's a low grade flowerhorn and he could wait or spend a few extra bucks online and get something nice. The fish is going to require a large tank and could live 15 years, why not get something nicer? I got 10 fry shipped to me for $50 and I guarantee all of them will turn out better looking than those. Keep your eyes out for something better. It will be more than worth the wait, trust me.

honestly, i would not pay more than $5 for this fish. the snout is long, body is tapering, colors are faded, tail is weak, pearls are sparse except those around the flowerline, flowerline is incomplete and kok potential is not good. better reserve your $30 for a better fish bro

I understand that, Cam. I was curious as to why you and a couple others thought it was low grade. The shape? What was it? Because like I said in my previous post-it looks to me like he's got a nice flowerline, nice red eyes, lots of pearls, etc and he's only about 3".
Just wondering here.
